Each unit has its own balcony, as shown in the floor plans. The first floor also features a fully equipped laundry room with high-quality appliances, including a washing machine and dryer.
Heating is central for the entire house and is calculated proportionally using a calorimeter for each unit, as well as electricity for each studio.

Currently undergoing renovation, it will be ready for occupancy by April 2025. It is generally planned that each unit will accommodate one tenant, although larger units may accommodate two.
Considering the quality of the space, which exceeds the standards of a 4-star hotel in Zagreb, the expected price will range from €380–480, depending on the size and quality of the equipment installed, but at a minimum to cover the renovation costs. Long-term rentals are preferred.
